In recent years, with the development of science and technology, especially the rapid development of information technology, the market globalization and the diversification of customer's demand structure make the companies' competition more drastic, and supply chain strategy has undergone the large change. As the brand-new and most realistic choice mode of supply chain management, supply chain collaborative management puts emphasis on cooperation each other, and focuses on efficiency and benefit for the entire chain, so that it has become a hot problem in the field of supply chain management.The closer the parties of supply chain are linked together the more important the collaboration of the entire supply chain becomes. In the supply chain system which just-in-time purchasing is implemented, all the parties should establish the close cooperation relations which are "win-win" and intergrowth, so supply chain collaborative management seems particularly important. In addition, just-in-time purchase can increase the flexibility and agility of the entire chain, and reflect the harmony, synchronization and integration of supply chain management, thus resulting in the improvement of efficiency and benefit for the entire chain. Therefore, supply chain collaborative management needs just-in-time purchase that guarantees synchronous operation of the entire chain.For the supply chain system that just-in-time purchasing is implemented, the key of supply chain collaborative management is setting up the suitable collaborative mechanism which makes partners realize profit sharing and trust each other.
