Study Of Finance And Taxation Management System Of City Land Profit

With the acceleration of the process of urbanism and the establishment of land management system, the value of land has been enhanced greatly; as a result, government gains substantial profit from land. Land profit has become the important source of the government fiscal income. Local government participates actively in the development that accelerates the process of"land operating city", and has done good work. But in the whole process of land circulation and land management, many problems are exposed to light. Therefore the research of city land profit has become a hot topic nation wide. It is imperative to set up a standard finance and taxation management system of city land profit, which will do well to the maintenance of social fairness, the regulation of housing market and the reform of fiscal taxation system. From the perspective of standardizing the finance and taxation management of city land profit, guided by the method of certificate research and some advanced experience from abroad, this paper aims to put forward a system of finance and taxation management of city land profit according with the current situations of our country.
