Study On The Endogenous Development Of Chinese Rural Urbanization

Urbanization is a very important part in the process of our modernization, is the important trend of the social development of our country in the new period. Rural urbanization is an important carrier to realize the all-round development of the rural area of our country, is the only way which must be passed to narrow the urban-rural income gap and to promote China rural modernization. Actively exploring the rural urbanization’s road suitable for China is an important prerequisite for the realization of the sustained and healthy development of the rural urbanization in China.Based on reviewing the rural urbanization theories, endogenous development both at home and abroad and the actual situation the development of China rural urbanization, this paper studies the path of China rural urbanization of endogenous development by analyzing the prominent characteristics and main problems of prominent during China rural urbanization development. Combined with the practice of Gan Shiqiao’ rural urbanization in Shandong and Wenzhou’ rural urbanization, it also discusses the path of the China rural urbanization of endogenous development in the new period. According to the basic idea of raising, analyzing and resolving problems, five chapters are involved in this paper.proposed the question, analysis question, solve the problem discussed. In the first chapter, the research background, significance, foreign and domestic literature review, research ideas, research methods are discussed. The second chapter summarizes the related concept and theory of rural urbanization and endogenous development, analyses the related factors of endogenous development, the endogenous development framework and the endogenous development mechanism. The third chapter mainly describes three aspects of the basic characteristics of China from the regional urbanization, urban absorption capacity, false urbanization development level and then through the analysis of the ability of endogenous urbanization, small towns development, rural local urbanization in rural area. Through on-the-spot investigation in rural areas of Shandong Ganshiqiao and Wenzhou, the fourth chapter analyzes the main problems and obstacles existing in urbanization and rural urbanization region, finds out the reasons for the lack of urbanization development and carries on the thorough analysis. Based on the before analysis, the fifth chapter put forward a feasible path of rural urbanization of our country endogenous development.
