Problem Research Of County Economy Displaying Late-developing Advantage

The county economy is an economic system. the administrative county as the region scope, county economy's independent finances as the symbol, the county seat as the center, the market town as the tache, the countryside as the hinterland, the relation between the different level's economical element as the basic structure, the county economy displays the overall function through the bidirectional feedback's manpower flow, the matter flow, the fund flows and the information flow.The county economy is a regional economy which has regional characteristic and self-contained function, its main body is the traditional agricultural economy and the unenlightened rural economy. If other territory is regarded as the urban economy besides the county economy, the county economy and the urban economy can be regarded as Chinese " the dualistic economy ", well then, relative to urban economy, the development of county economy has universal late—developing advantage. Bases on such consideration, the author chooses the Guangdong Province's FoGang which locates the ZhuJiang Delta's edge as the analytical example, takes late—developing advantage as academic support, and analyses the restricting factors of FoGang displaying late—developing advantage and brings forward corresponding countermeasures and advices by qualitative and quantitative method, expecting to supply valuable reference and inspiration for native government to promote the development of county economy. Firstly, in this dissertation the author summarizes the domestic and overseas research about late—developing advantage theory, clarifies the theory's origin, type, developing trend, realizing conditions and route; Secondly, the author compares the county economy of Guangdong Province with the other provinces and itself to nail down the FoGang's exterior environment, then analyses the late—developing advantage of FoGang's endogenetic and ectogenic factors and corresponding strategic measure with the qualitative method of SWOT, with the quantificational method of CD function and potential analysis of economic system, the author analyses the actuality of the FoGang displaying potential late — developing...
