Preliminary Study On Constructing Hot Spring Tourism Exploitage Modes

The hot spring exploitage in china has a long history, which dates back to Han Dynasty. But the hot spring tourism springs up gradually in recent years accompanied by the rapid development of China's society, economy and tourists' demands of entertainment, holiday, health care and beauty. At present, national domestic scholars research hot spring tourism exploitage modes rarely, the author considers that it has important significance to discuss the hot spring tourism exploitage modes and select the right modes which consistent with the actual situation of the hot spring tourism exploitage.This paper mainly discusses the hot spring tourism exploitage modes. It's divided into six parts. The first part says the summary of hot spring tourism study and why to select the subject. It defines several concepts related to the hot spring tourism, summarizes the emergence, the development and the study actuality of hot spring tourism, and illuminates the basis, the significance, the study thought, the main content and the innovation of this subjects. The second part emphasizes the theoretical basis of the hot spring tourism exploitage. It introduces the basic viewpoints of the location theory, regional development theory, sustainable development theory, ecology theory and culture geography theory, and points out their guidance significance. The third part is about building the hot spring tourism exploitage modes. Firstly, it describes the objectives, the principles and the mechanisms of hot spring tourism exploitage briefly. Then, according to different regional conditions, resources actuality, regional economiy and tourist market, it divides hot spring tourism exploitage into five basic modes: entertainment, health care, culture experience, popular science education, comprehensive development. Finally, it summarizes the meaning and the characteristic of each exploitage mode, and puts forward the corresponding exploitage countermeasures combining specific case. The forth part takes Yunnan Province as an example. It suggests that different areas in Yunnan Province should adopt different exploitage modes according to their own situation, on the base of analysing the situation of Yunnan hot spring resources and the exploitage questions. A great number of hot springs in Middle Yunnan may use entertainment and health care exploitage mode; West Yunnan may use health care and popular science education exploitage mode; Northwest Yunnan and Southwest Yunnan may use culture experience exploitage mode; Northeast Yunnan and some remote districts may use comprehensive exploitage mode. It also puts forward corresponding strategies lastly. The fifth part tells suggestions of hot spring tourism exploitage. The sixth part sets forth the conclusions and the problems. It puts forward the main conclusions of this paper, the inadequacies of this study and the study directions in the future.
