As china's massive ecological program, Grain for Green Program (GGP) plays an important role in solving ecological environment problem, for example water and soil eroding and sanding. This program is promoted by the government, and fanners are the principle part. Economics tells us that the farmer' s action is decided by their interests. And we know that farmer's action will affect the fruit of the GGP.
