The World Tourism Organization predicted: by the end of 2020, China will be the top tourism country and the 4th tourist -export country in the world. The aim of the forest tourism education is to provide more talented people which is the basic motivation of supporting our forest tourism sustainable development when our tourism model spanned from tourism power country in Asia to tourism power country in the world. But with the variety of demand of tourists and fast maturity of tourism, demand of tourism talents varied. It's obvious the forest tourism education under the control of planning economy couldn't match with tourism under the situation of completed market development. Contradiction occurred not only between the vast demand for forest tourism talents and limited supply and demand in forest tourism education but also between jobs of postgraduates from forest tourism academy and training target of academy. Hence, the supply-and-demand of forest tourism talents is serious disequilibrium. Though tourism talents are short of, it's still hard for postgraduate in tourism academy to find a good job in tourism enterpriser. It's a squander for this phenomena especially when we have such a great industry like forest tourism. According to investigation analysis to tourism enterprise and postgraduate major in forest tourism (ecotourism ) , the basic theme about just-in-time product system applied to forest tourism education. Just-in-time production system can be expounded as in the appropriate time, according to what you need, producing what you need, avoiding improper stock and a series of waste caused by incorrect produce operation. The article analyzed the problem existing on the forest tourism education on the basis of situation of supply and demand for forest tourism talents from the aspect of adapting to market demands and decreasing waste. It's known that we can resolve such problem for reference of maturity theory of other subjects. We should establish just-in-time education system pushing demand for forest tourism talents increasing. We must expound customer-oriented system and establish its objects, and establish talents cultivation orientation, and strength TQM in education, and found flexible education quality management system, and diminish waste of talents cultivation, make forest tourism education adapt to demand for tourism development under the situation of market economy, satisfied the varied demand for talents in time.
