The forestry is an important basic industry and social public service. Under market economic system, in the face of new localization of forestry, forestry enterprises face many challenges in the management of human resources. More and more organization's leaders realized that company training plays a key role in forming the competency for the companies. Competitiveness among companies, moves from market, capital and management to human resources. More evidence shows, company employee training plays a much more important role than ever before in the development of companies. Although many forestry enterprises in China have begun to realize the value of employee training, they are puzzled about how to develop anappropriate solution-systematic, scientific and effective management model toresolve the problems in employee training like training needs analysis, training effectiveness evaluation and so on. Therefore, it is extraordinarily important to study and develop an operable management model for company employee training.The paper conducted in-depth study of the current situation of the training investment, training needs, training form, and training expense management of many forestry enterprises in China and identified weakness and issues in the company training in China. The paper summarized training models of foreign companies, and analyzed the characteristic. According to the problems of Chinese employee training, presented an systematic employee training model that is adapted to Chinese forestry enterprises in order to enhance the training effect. Under the guarantee of the training organization, function, promoting, training system and training budget, This systemic training model established the accurate forestry enterprises employee training strategic concept, we manage and control every training step effectively to obtain the best return of the training investment.
