With the development of society and economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In the current market environment,the competition among enterprises is mainly talent competition.Enterprises have gradually realized the importance of talents to the company.Employee training is a key approach to enhance the value of human capital for employees and improve organizational performance.As a result,enterprises pay more and more attention to employee training.This paper takes J small-scale state-owned enterprise as the research object,analyzes the employee training model of J enterprise,and proposes specific optimization scheme.In the process of research,through questionnaire survey and interview method,I reviewed the current human resources and training status of J small state-owned enterprises pointed out the current issue J enterprise encounters from the perspective of training needs analysis,training plans,training program implementation,training effectiveness evaluation,etc.Then,the principles and ideas of employee training model optimization were proposed according to relevant theories such as social learning theory and adult learning theory.Apart from the original four aspects,feedback and evaluation sections were added aiming to resolve the current problem of insufficient communication.Finally,to ensure that the optimization is executable and the training goal is achievable,this paper states the measures to be taken from the perspective of support mechanism and the incentive mechanism of training effect.The research result is based on the author's employment experience and internal actual survey data from J small state-owned enterprises,combined with the author's thinking towards enterprise training work.All these explorations have a certain effect onimproving the quality and efficiency of employee training in small state-owned enterprises in J,and also provides certain reference value for employee training in similar companies.
