As the modern logistics develops to a certain stage, Logistics Park is beginning to be produced. With the development of the modern logistics industry, our country is entering the period in which Logistics Park grows largely and quickly. However, the research applicable to our country on the Logistics Park programming theories is still not very mature, mainly focusing on the definition, qualitative analysis of Logistics Park and choosing the address; but research on the important part of the Logistics Park programming theories the optimized scale of Logistics Park and matching with transportation network is too few, which leads to the phenomena of constructing Logistics Park blindly and leaving unused after setting up. This paper focuses on the research on the optimized scale of Logistics Park and matching with transportation network.The work of this paper mainly includes these aspects: Analyzing the exterior factor and internal factor which influence the Logistics Park scale and the influence degree of these factors to Logistics Park; Putting forward a calculation model of service area of Logistics Park based on gravity model, which is used to analyze and make sure the service area of Logistics Park; Changing the method of regarding the logistics service demand as a constant, analyzing the random characteristic of the logistics service demand in Logistics Park, making the model nearer to the objective facts; Using the analysis of profit-Loss balance to make analysis an comparison on the different technique projects which could be used in Logistics Park, to choose a reasonable technique project; Setting up a model of the optimized scale of Logistics Park, and this model thinks that we can measure the scale of the Logistics Park with the ability of designing of the Logistics Park under a certain technique condition, and through optimizing the ability of designing of the Logistics Park to optimize the scale of the Logistics Park; Analyzing the safety stock quantity in Logistics Park and the quantity of Logistics Park matching with the transportation network inside a certain district; Finally, through the substantial evidence analysis, confirming the rationality of...
