Fuzzy Clustering For Logistics Park Network Layout

The plan and construction of Logistics Park has become an important symbol to show a nation's mature level of logistics development. This thesis introduces the conception of Logistics Park Network, in order to change the status that the logistics parks go in their own way and lack coordination. The thesis takes enterprise as main construction body, and advances the construction of Logistics Park Network gradually in a certain economic zone, so as to display the overall superiority and supplementary superiority of Logistics Park Network.The reasonable layout of Logistics Park Network is one of the main problems to be solved, which means, how to choose right cities to be the carrier of Logistics Park in a certain economic zone, and how to definite the Logistics Park's rank and expansion speed in these cities. This thesis uses Fuzzy Clustering to solve the layout problem of Logistics Park Network. The factors, which affect the layout of Logistics Park, are analyzed. An index system including dynamic indices is established so as to make the outcome of clustering analysis more prospecting and meet the requirements of Logistics Park Network construction. The project of Xiangyu Group about building Logistics Park Network in West side of the Straits is used in this thesis to verify the effect of fuzzy clustering and detailed layout suggestion is forwarded. Moreover, the operation pattern and profit pattern and risks are discussed briefly.
