This article to a certain extent introduces the historical development, recent situation and future perspective, based on the explanations on the definition of E-marketing. Through analysis on the significant influences of network education's development caused by macroscopical elements such as politics, economics, society, technology and so on, it is realized that in order to develop network education, two factors should be took into consideration—the positive and passive functions of macroscopical elements, thus, enterprises can have a definite object in view when they establish tactic policies of management. Then it analyzes the five competitive factors faced by network education enterprises such as competitors, latent competitors, replacers, suppliers, consumers and so on, so that it provides ideas and preparations for enterprises to develop network education operations. At the same time, combining the trends of development, theoretical framework and basic methods of E-marketing theories and taking TianFang Education Enterprise as an example, it does research on network education market's products, prices, channels and sales promotion strategies. The conclusion is that to develop E-marketing operations, network education enterprises should integrate its own advantages, make the full use of its acquired resources, exploit its own products, set down reasonable prices, take the advantages of every possible resources to empolder more channels, synthetize all kinds of E-marketing strategies and methods and rapidly exert E-marketing's functions to maximum.
