With the development of the Internet and the popularization of computers, and network education development is irresistible, Under the influence of successful experience in the network education companies abroad , many domestic companies are optimistic about the developing trend of network education, and competition in the market is increasing. Network education enterprise, in order to find a foothold in the market, needs to develop suitable strategy for the status of marketing, so as to improve its competitive advantage. How to plan and implement the marketing strategy has become an urgent issue for network education enterprises. Network Education enterprise developing marketing strategies not only improves the enterprise's operational capacity of the market, but also exerts a far-reaching influence on enhancing its efficiency and profit.In this paper, a newly-built network education enterprise is involved, and its current marketing situation is diagnosed. By using the relevant marketing combination theories and methods, the products, prices, channel, and sales promotion of this enterprise are analyzed, which reveals the inadequate capability of marketing channel is the most important factor preventing the company from fast developing. As an alternative, in this paper, " outsource " marketing channel and cooperation are brought forward. Furthermore, according to the present situation, the related marketing strategy plan and guarantee measures are customized as well.This paper focuses on the modal analysis of management, putting the abstract marketing strategy and theories into the specific circumstances of network education enterprise, so as to provide a scientific theory for the establishment of an effective marketing strategy, which is, meanwhile, beneficial to the other network education enterprises.
