Research On The Scale Determination And Strategic Management Innovation Of Private Medium And Small Enterprises Based On Exergy

Private medium and small enterprises are in a very important status in Chinese economics. How to increase the management level of private medium and small enterprises is a practical and stringent task according to their advantages and disadvantages.In this paper, through the analysis of their present development statuses, the definition of private medium and small enterprises is given. The status and role of private medium and small enterprises in Chinese economics are introduced and their managements are concisely stated. It is concluded that developing Chinese private medium and small enterprises is necessary. Therefore, the exergy is introduced to study that how a private medium and small enterprise determines its strategic development goal and reasonable scale. The relation among the exergy value, strategic type and scale of an enterprise is qualitatively analyzed. It is pointed out that the private medium and small enterprises are always establishing their business and growing up. Hence it is suitable for them to select competitive and enlarged strategy.The purpose of this paper is to find a better way to increase the main competitive power of a private medium and small enterprise and an effective measure to promote its sustainable and stable development. Especially based on the primary study of the strategic management, organization scale as well as other aspects of private medium and small enterprises by attempting to use exergy, an concrete enterprise (LY Company) is chosen as a research object. It is analyzed with traditional SWOT and relative management matrix through study and investigation. The existent problems are found under the actual mode.
