The Research About The Application Of Total Innovation Management In Chinese Large-medium Scale Manufacturing Enterprise

Large-medium scale Manufacturing enterprises play a very important part in national economy. The innovation ability of large- medium scale Manufacturing Enterprise is key to Chinese economic growth and international competitiveness. However, a lot of studies have proved that the innovation ability is still low in our country's Manufacturing firms. Therefore, it has been becoming urgent and essential for China's academe, enterprises and government to study how to improve the ability and efficiency of innovation management.Nowadays, Total Innovation Management (TIM) is the most advanced mode of Innovation management all over of the world .Recently a lot of scholars have been researching on it, especially professor Xu Qingrui, a pioneer in this field. Though a lot of achievements on TIM have been made, such as the elementary framework of TIM, no studies have revealed how to apply the TIM to Chinese large- medium scale manufacturing enterprise, which herein makes it very necessary to study the application of TIM.In accordance with the environment of the Chinese manufacturing and the theory of TIM, this thesis analyzes the status quo of large and medium scale enterprises'innovation, on basis of which the problems as follows in application of TIM are systematically discussed:1. The condition and principles that China's large-medium scale manufacturing enterprise applying the TIM2. The theory of total elements innovation management , innovation management by everyone,total time-space based innovation management and total synergy innovation management ,and how to apply them in Chinese large- medium scale manufacturing enterprise3. Setting up the system of estimate and the model of method, and forecasting the effect of application of TIM4. Comparing the mode of TIM implement in American and Japanese manufacture enterprise, and giving some elicitation for Chinese enterprise5. Taking the example of the Haier group and the Baogang group to check the application of TIM, and going deep into expatiating the way and method of applying TIM...
