Balanced Scorecard Application Research In China Logistics Enterprises

Under various limitations China traditional logistics enterprises can not solve some problems about effective implementation of strategies. Thus china logistics enterprises will be at disadvantage situation of world competition. The author uses mature Balanced Scorecard in western countries to supply a tool of enhancing China logistics enterprises strategy implementation capacity.Firstly, this thesis introduces Balanced Scorecard basic theory framework and world development situation, thinks of leading Balanced Scorecard into the China logistics enterprises and defines study content and methods.Thus, this thesis, starting from status of China logistics enterprises, analyzes them in SWOT and makes a analysis of strategy maps for Balanced Scorecard of China logistics enterprises.Then, this thesis focuses on Balanced Scorecard applications in China logistics enterprises. According to China Storage Association in October 2004 Fifth China logistics market supply and demand situation investigation report, this thesis establishes China logistics enterprises value proposition table. Based on value proposition table, this thesis establishes China logistics enterprises strategy maps and Balanced scorecard general model. Based on this general model, the author puts forward the four project phases of leading balanced scorecard into china logistics enterprises, through a comparative analysis of the Balanced Scorecard implementation steps by Niven, human resources Balanced Scorecard implementation steps by Lin Qujiang, and the changes steps by the John P. Kotter, summarizes china logistics enterprises Balanced Scorecard implementation model.Finally, this thesis uses B enterprise group as a case, establish B enterprise group strategy maps and Balanced Scorecard, and proves that the applicability of the general model.
