The current international situation gradually develop to world multi-polarization and economic globalization,when the economy is developing in high speed,the shortage of resource,environmental pollution,climate change issues emerge in endlessly,and is threatening human survival and health.Our country attaches great importance to environmental protection problems in recent years,focus on encouraging the development of new energy.We put forward beautiful slogans such as the improvement of people's living environment,creating energy-saving society and the construction of ecological civilization.LD company,which is the new logistics enterprises to integrate the Shanghai residue industry,uses the LNG clean energy to strengthen the monitoring of clinker convey vehicles,builds strong operational information database,devotes to build China's largest third-party logistics platform,becomes the largest domestic logistics service provider.In order to ensure the implementation of LD company's strategic objectives,LD company needs to establish a scientific performance management system and uses balanced scorecard performance evaluation on the multi-dimensional.In the first part of this paper,the background and significance of the research are described,the literature of performance correlation theory and balanced scorecard theory are summarized.The content,method and implementation process of performance management and balanced scorecard are briefly introduced.Secondly,take the LD company as an example from the aspects of its development course and organizational structure to introduce LD company's background,introduce the details of the LD company performance management present situation,analysis and summary,sort out the problems existing in the performance management.Then,use SWOT analysis to applied to analyze the internal and external environment of LD company,determine the specific target and strategic theme of LD company,so as to set up the performance evaluation index system of LD company.After that,summarize the evaluation indicators of the company's overall level from four dimensions of the balanced scorecard and design the indicators of the department level and the staff level.Finally,describe the implementation process and guarantee measures of balanced scorecard to make sure that the balanced scorecard can be successfully carried out in LD company.At the end of this paper,the conclusions,the shortage and the future study of the research are presented,hope to emerging the performance management of logistics enterprises play a role of reference and hope when companies do their own works,they can,take more social responsibility for the prosperity of the motherland to contribute strength at the same time.
