With the fast development of information and network technology, as a brand new pattern, e-commerce plays more and more important role in the enterprises and daily life, and increases the competition among companies. As a major application pattern, B to B e-commerce provides expansive space and abundant opportunity for a company .Through the description of incentive mechanism situation in Guangxi Sugar Exchange Centre (GSEC) , the explorer to the new e-commerce pattern, and the analysis to the Questionnaire to staff's satisfaction level, the thesis paper discusses the effectiveness of incentive mechanism in the environment of B to B e-commerce by many aspects, such as strategy management, corporate culture, staff career development, performance management, payment system, internal communication, human relations, working environment, team building, leadership behavior. Besides, the paper analyses the problems happened in GSEC daily operation and puts forward the measures and detailed plans to improve the incentive mechanism.
