Research And Development Of Knowledge Map-based Quality Tools Learning System

21^st centenary is the centenary of quality, and quality has more and more become the focus of today's people. Adopting advanced technology and methods to improve enterprises' quality standard has become an important strategy for enterprises to accommodate the quality requirement of the new age. So this dissertation is titled as "Research and Development of Knowledge map-based Quality Tools Learning System". It has systematically studied the background, theory, structure and assistant software development of this system.The whole dissertation consists of 6 chapters.Chapter one starts with the review of the development of Quality Management, the Knowledge Management and trend of knowledge management technology. After analyzing the existing research on Knowledge Map, the design plan of this system is presented combining the knowledge map technology. In the end, the goal and main content of this research are discussed.Chapter two first introduces the status and requirement analysis of Quality Tools. Then it briefly introduces the development strategy and design principels of this system. This chapter also discusses the overall model and architecture of the system, and analyzes every module in it.Chapter three first analyzes common quality tools and system-level synthesized quality tools. And establishing quality tools knowledge classification combining surface classified method and line classified method. Then four-part flexible coding technology is employed to code quality tools knowledge. In the end, the expressing method and data-warehouse of quality tools knowledge is studied.Chapter four proposes the construction principle and process of Knowledge Map. Then the incidence relation and visualization usage of knowledge are emphasized in this part. In the end, four types of knowledge map models which consist of Knowledge Development maps, Knowledge Application maps, Knowledge Source maps, Knowledge Structure maps is constructed based on the system goal, for learning quality tools knowledge.Chapter five refers to the philosophy of software engineering, and designs and develops system structure, function composition, development environment, tools, methods and database of this system. At last, this chapter explains the realization of system software with users' learning of quality tools knowledge as object.Finally, chapter six concludes the whole dissertation and suggests the future research in this field.
