The Study Of Project Quality Management Improvement—Take Q Company As An Example

China’s economy with the reform and opening up has achieved rapid development,also prompted many chinese enterprises become the world factories, many companies are producing OEM or ODM products, in the past, many private enterprises through this mode of production have achieved rapid development, but because of the development of economic globalization, large quantities of products for export and the purchasing power of domestic people improving, which cause high product quality requirement, if enterprises want to win in the fierce market competition, and sustained and rapid development, it is necessary to improve the quality management level.Firstly,this paper study the background and significance of quality management,study theory knowledge of quality management and project quality management, and through the research of six sigma DMAIC quality management, PFMEA principle,PDCA cycle management concepts and tools, through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of Q company project quality management, analyzed the project quality management problems, unreasonable staffing, purchasing quality management and quality management control problems, puts forward improvement measures to the problems, including using DMAIC tools, using PFMEA for risk analysis, establishing effective mechanism, and update the quality management documents to guarantee improvement measures, to explore the suitable methods for Q project quality management,, and to confirm the feasibility of the method through the effect analysis.
