Study On The Information Management Mode Of Virtual Enterprise Based On Structural Analysis

The virtual enterprise is business dynamic alliance which is composed of several distributive enterprises in order to win market opportunities and response market demands fast, and reorganized partner existing resources and the technology through information sharing and operating mutually in support of computer network and information technology. The information management theories and methods provide the reasonable disposition and usability foundation of the virtual enterprise resources and knowledge, add the dynamic and various market environments, and require its information management system to have kinds of technology each adapting Internet environment. Studies on the virtual enterprise information management mode aim at discussion of reformed fusion and mutual simulative relation between the information technology and modern production and organization management way. The goal is decided by not only how to constructs information management model adapt to the virtual enterprise external environment and organizational structure, but also how to apply to virtual enterprise information management system realization used modern information technology and integration management method. The domestic and foreign researchers are studying from selecting means and constructing platform, but yet without a systematic project. Furthermore, because the structure analysis method is one kind of effective modeling tool for solving complex and open system, the characteristics of multi-level and distribution in virtual enterprise information management suits for this method to solve. Based on the above consideration, this paper engages in the fundamental research of virtual enterprise information management mode, carries on the partial development to the virtual enterprise information management system, in order to serve to enhance agility for the enterprise to adapt the global competition.
