Virtual Enterprise Environment, Quality Of Management Information Systems Research

Quality Management Information System (QMIS) is the important component and foundation of Information Engineering for enterprise. As drastic competition of global market and rapid development of computer network technology, quality has been given more and more attention. Virtual Enterprise (VE) is a new corporation mode between two or more enterprises, because of its dispersive manufacturing mode. QMIS is in face of great challenge.Firstly the paper illustrated in detail the basic theory and research actuality of VE and QMIS. Then, compared the methods used in management information system development. After analyzed the requirement, information flow and structure of QMIS, the paper confirmed the function modules, decomposed QMIS into two parts: external and internal information management, and designed the function of each branches. Then, the paper discussed the integration of shared database, and security scheme of information sharing. Finally, the paper discussed the quality culture management of VE. Therefore, VE quality management is advanced to culture management.
