Since Complex networks widely exist in nature and society it is important to do research in this field. People take a focus on the characteristics of the social economic complex network and realize that the small world and scale free are the typical characteristic of the real complex networks.The detailed research on complex network obtains great achievements in many fields. These results remind people to pay more attention on the effect of the network topology which is ignored in the past. So the study to the social economic complex network should be distinguished with the traditional economic network. Besides the complexity properties like hierarchy, strong coupling, large random,the effect of people's cognition and the dynamic topology are necessary to be considered.In the application of multi agent theory, Luna used the single layer perception with separable functions to simulate XOR function. We study the firm development model on the small world network which is based on Luna's co evolution of human capital and firm structure model.The result of the artificial experiment shows that in the same conditions, the firm structure with the small world topology has an obvious improvement in GDP than the traditional regular and random network. These results tell us the importance of the complex network theory in the study of the social economic.
