As we all know, it is difficult to copy or imitate implicit knowledge. But we should not ignorethe value of it. The informal organization was worth studying with its characteristics. It isimportant to promote the level of knowledge both in organization and organization members byanalyzing implicit knowledge sharing.By means of small-world network theory and methods, knowledge sharing network model isproposed to study the network structure of the organization knowledge sharing. With considerationof knowledge sharing、knowledge learning and knowledge innovation, this paper puts forward acalculation method about knowledge level when they take knowledge sharing. The WS small worldnetwork model is used to Simulation Analysis which studies the impact to knowledge sharing trendsfrom four indicators: the average shortest path network L (p), clustering coefficient C (p), a randomre-connection probability P, degree distribution K. With comparative analysis, we find highclustering coefficients and short path can increase the exchange of knowledge associated with thenode and enhance sharing efficiency when proper degree of freedom knowledge difference degree. The structure adjustment of knowledge network will have an impact on network efficiency andcost. It will also affect knowledge sharing, liquidity and creation. On the basis of knowledgenetwork structure, we relevant metrics based on small-world networks and built efficiency modelwith knowledge network of team. Then we try to bond breaking weight, give priority to add keysand add nodes to adjust the network structure. What we have done is to research a higher efficiencyof knowledge networks with the lower cost.Team members will take active co-operation measures to obtain greater integral benefit andconcern more about their role as well as shared interest because of knowledge sharing’s synergisticeffect. In this paper, DEA Game Model is used to establish team knowledge sharing degreeevaluation index about influencing factors of knowledge sharing between team members, then getclose to the highest type of team by TOPSIS method. Shapley-value will be used to measuremarginal contribution. At last, example calculation show that this method is feasible.
