Philosophical Vision On The Construction Of Corporate Enterprise Of Private Enterprises In Fujian Province

The private economy of Fujian is an important component of socialist economy, its development pays an important role on Fujian province's building the well-off society .The construction of corporate culture of the private enterprises in Fujian province may set up a good corporate culture which meets the needs of era and contribute to improve the key competitiveness of enterprises. This subject research regards Marxist philosophy as guidelines, based on the corporate culture construction practices of our country. The thesis describes advices on construing the corporate culture in Fujian private enterprise from philosophical vision , basing on the characteristics , the reasons of the corporate culture of private enterprises in Fujian province, and the questions appeared during constructing corporate culture.
