Research Afety Management System In Coal Enterprises

Basing on modern coal enterprises safety management theories and practices, this paper put forward coal enterprises safety management composing system and analyzed the characteristics of safety management system; it also studied the relation between safety management and human resource management of the coal enterprises, and combined the fact of coal enterprises to establish invigorative system and cultivation system that used to manage insecure behavior. It studied the relation between safety management and organization and the bylaw, and, combining with management idea, this paper improved organization configuration. New organization configuration will strengthen work level of safety management department. It also put forward some safe production responsibility system and safety inspects system that fit for the coal enterprises. Besides, the paper studied the interrelation between safety culture and safety management and put forward safety culture construction system of the coal enterprises; established safety management system appraisal index system and used a safety appraisal method once used by Shanghai metallurgy bureau to appraise the safety management status quo of Xinglongzhuang coal mine. And the appraisal result matches the case. This appraisal system and appraisal method is meaningful to the coal enterprises safety management.
