Reform need a process of continuous probes and innovative. It is shows importance that we do systematic study on the reform practices and then utilize the results to direct and improve the next steps. In Tibet, the "western development program" brings huge opportunities to the non-life insurance company in this region, but on the other hand, the opening up of the insurance market in the western region will incur severe challenges and competitions to this sector. Under this special background, what should Tibetan non-life insurance company do is a important strategic problem which needs us to ponder over and make correct decision.Marketing place establishment has remained unknown to most Tibetan non-life insurance company.
