The competition environment that the garments enterprises face in the 21st century is continuously changing and unpredictable. Owing to high-tech emerges and updates faster and faster, the lifecircle of products becomes short day after day. In addition, customers' requirements also become individual and diverse. Therefore, it needs a quick response from the enterprises to the changes.A quickened production is a kind of model that bases upon the American Agile Manufacturing idea. Because it is proposed in accordance with our national status and the circumstances of the small-and-medium sized garments enterprises, it will provide a crucial significance namely both guidance and reference for the enterprises to develop and take a role in the future competitiveness.To build a quickened model that wholly covers the enterprises, this thesis presents a primary plan based on the garments industry' s characteristics in our country and choose Tianjin Ruiya Garments Producing Co., Ltd as a model after a detailed analysis to the circumstances of small-and-medium sized garments enterprises in our country and a systematic research of construction for quickened garments enterprises by introducing the key idea of quickened producing and advanced theory of production and management.This thesis focuses on production tech and management and gives a detailed explanation to some specific problems of constructing a quickened production model. It includes the design of fashion production line, the application of computer assistant design, the standardization of task process, work efficiency and the establishment of corporation network. At the same time, it gives a concise analysis and discussion for a quickened designation of human resources.
