Bcause the mass media are the essential factor of Corporate Public Relations Action, their innovation definitely causes great change of Corporate Public Relations Action. The Internet, which is the fourth mass medium, has caused and will cause revolutionary influence on Corporate Public Relations Action. Since the Corporate Network Public Relations Strategies are the soul of Corporate Network Public Relations Action, there is the urgent needs to explore new strategies of Corporate Network Public Relations in order to achieve Public Relations objectives through Internet.In the first part of the thesis, the author differentiate and analyse the concept of Corporate Network Public Relations Strategies and some other related concepts to lay a good foundation for later study. The second part expounds the communication features of Internet, points out the rising conditions, characteristics, channels and basic patterns of Network Public Relations. Under the guidance of scientific PR principles, the third part presents some concrete strategies of Corporate Network PR, such as Corporate Website Designing and Promotion Strategies, Corporate Network CIS Strategies, Corporate Daily Network PR Strategies and Corporate Network Crisis PR Strategies. The last part looks ahead the future of Network PR and advocates all corporations attach much importance to it.
