Study On Financial Supports To Agriculture Mechanization Of China

The agriculture mechanization is the important factor and symbol of agriculture modernization. The financial policy, tax policy and monetary policy were usually carried on to support the agriculture machinery in initial period in developed countries.In 2004, along with "Agriculture mechanization Promotion Law" and subsidy policy of buying machine, the agriculture machinery enterprises in China enter into fast-developing stage. However, the financial support policy for agriculture mechanization has not give promotion like other developed countries.This research used new institutional economics and new classical economics theory to explain the externalities of agriculture mechanization and give the reasons of financial support policy. It reviewed the development history, the present situation, the contribution and the correlation financial support policy in our country. After making the empirical analysis about the relationship between household productiveness investment and the financial support, discussing the factors of financial support restriction, and summarizing the pattern in our country, the research finally drew conclusions and gave the policy suggestions.This research contents mainly includes:1. The background analysis of financial support. This part explained the meaning of some keywords firstly, introduced the development of our country agriculture mechanization, financial backing policy in different stage and its significance.2. The theory and practice of agriculture mechanization financial support. The part used economics theory to explain the externalities, introduced financial backing policy in the world agriculture developed country.3. The empirical analysis and the narration of typical pattern. This part analyzed the relationship between the household productiveness investment and the financial support, explained the limiting factor and introduced the typical financial backing pattern.4. The simple conclusion and concrete policy proposal were put forward to backing agriculture mechanization in China in last part of the research.
