Structure And Mechanism Of Farm Machinery Socialization Service

The agricultural mechanization is one kind of symbol of agriculturaldevelopment level because of its intrinsic superiority in the agriculturalproduction. At present growth potential of agricultural mechanization,however, is insufficient in our country, and the mechanization of agriculturecannot satisfy the requirement of agricultural synthesis productivity, theagricultural structure adjustment, and the income increase of farmer,agricultural modernization and so on. That the benefit of farm machinery isgliding down can reflect the growth potential insufficiency of agriculturalmechanization on the surface, whereas the true reason actually lies in theobvious lag of public serviceability construction of farm machinery and thelow lever of the farm machinery socialization service. There are many reasonsfor low lever of farm machinery socialization service, and the most mainreason is that understanding of the farm machinery socialization is superficial,and perfect theory about the structure and mechanism of the farm machinerysocialization service is lacking.In this article, the definition, the basic characteristic and the economicattribute of farm machinery socialization service were analyzed by using thehistory analysis, the international comparison and the instance analysis, andthe structure and mechanism of the farm machinery socialization service inour country were proposed.Chapter 1 provided an introduction to the background, existing literatureand frame of thesis; In Chapter 2, the farm machinery socialization service andthe system of the farm machinery socialization service were defined, the basiccharacteristic of the farm machinery socialization service and its relationshipto the agricultural mechanization were elaborated, then the significance of thefarm machinery socialization service was discussed; history of pattern of thefarm machinery socialization service and the agricultural mechanization werereviewed in Chapter 3, on which the inevitability of the farm machinerysocialization service was analyzed; successful experience of developed country in the farm machinery socialization service was investigated inChapter 4, and the corresponding enlightenment was introduced; based on thetheory of public product, economical attributes of the farm machinerysocialization service were studied and its contents were classified in Chapter 5;basic factors of the farm machinery socialization service was analyzed inChapter 6, and its law, structure and mechanism were also introduced; inChapter 7, the current development of farm machinery socialization service inJiangsu province was investigated and the policy to improve the farmmachinery socialization service in Jiangsu was proposed.
