Lighting Industry, as traditional manufactory industry, is a very important part of national economy in China. Business of Philips & Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd has been developing rapidly since company establishment, and P&Y always take the leadership position in China Lighting Industry. Align with the change of international and internal environment, the Supply Chain Management of P&Y need to be accordance to the business development. The thesis conducts researches on how P&Y adjust supply chain management to adapt the Philips Lighting Development Strategy and build up competition advantage align with ever-changing environment.Chapter I This is foreword, the beginning of the whole thesis.Chapter II Introduction of the overall of Philips & Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd. First is brief introduction of Philips Lighting Development Strategy and P&Y company organization. Following is analysis to the Supply Chain Management, and pointing out the main problems, then stating the necessity of remaking the production working flow.Chapter III First is environment introduction of P&Y, including external and internal changing, which is the direct reason of enterprise remaking.Chapter IV Stating the adjustment to company organization and Integrated Supply Chain Management, then have some discussion about its implementing procedures and developing tendency.Chapter V Discussion about remaking the work flow of P&Y supply chain management, the result of test running of the nuclear work flow remaking and adjustment of organizational structure.Chapter VI This is the summary of the whole thesis.
