With economic globalization and the development of information, social division of labor, business expansion of the scale shown more lateral expansion. At the same time as the customer economy era, companies can shift the competition for customers to create more consumer surplus, In addition to improving their manufacturing core competencies (technical and human resources, etc.), the location advantages can also be used to build effective supply chain to improve its competitiveness and business performance. Therefore, supply chain management from the perspective of competitiveness and performance research has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the relevant theoretical literature conducted in-depth discussion. We build a model to analysis impact of supply chain management and enterprise competitiveness and business performance. we using a random sample of more than 100 enterprises conducted a survey to learn about the Jiangxi manufacture enterprise supply chain management and enterprise competitiveness and business performance correlation was analyzed with use SEM. From the empirical point of view, demonstrated the implementation of supply chain management and enterprise core competencies for competitive advantage and organizational performance impact. Through empirical analysis shows that the implementation of supply chain management, not only to the organization's performance has a significant direct positive effect, but also a competitive advantage to the organization's performance through a significant indirect positive effects, and its indirect influence slightly lower than its direct influence; Supply chain management implement a significant competitive advantage in a positive impact; a competitive advantage to the organization's performance has a significant positive impact; while their core resources of the business performance impact are not significant. Conclusions indicate that the higher level of supply chain management with the better performance and competitive advantage more obvious; enterprises have a competitive advantage more obvious, the better the performance of their. There is also the ability to find their core resources of the role of competitive advantage is greater than supply chain management to implement the role of competitive advantage, Core resources positive impact the supply chain management significant. Therefore, some manufacturing enterprises in Jiangxi in strengthening the supply chain management, we must improve the core resource capabilities. Finally, according to the survey data from manufacturing enterprises in Jiangxi Province in supply chain management problems, we put forward to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangxi and corporate performance measures, including improving the external industrial environment, enterprises to improve their own supply chain management.
