A Study On Research On The Influence Of Supply Chain Quality Management On Enterprise Competitive Advantage

Quality has always been important intent during the value creating process of companies-With the market competition increasing and the development of globalization,quality management is no longer confined to the enterprise itself,but is extended to the supply chain.This integration provides conditions for the emergence and development of supply chain quality management(SCQM),which raises concern of domestic and overseas scholars.As for the relationship between supply chain quality management and performance,existing researches generally hold positive conclusions,but what is the mechanism remains unclear.Competitive advantage is the premise of enhancing companies' market performance.Under this background,this study focuses on the core issue of how supply chain quality management affects the competitive advantage of enterprises,and then construct the intermediary influence model of supply chain learning ability and trust by reading related papers and using dynamic capability theory and relational capital theory.This study also use questionnaire and statistical tools,such as SPSS,AMOS and Process plugin,to test the relationship between supply chain quality management,supply chain learning ability,trust and enterprise competitive advantage,and draw the following conclusions:Supply chain quality management can be divided into basic elements(including leadership support,full participation and customer orientation)and synergistic elements(including supplier relations,information sharing and continuous improvement),these elements have significant positive impact on competitive advantage separately,but the interaction between the two has no significant effect on the competitive advantage;The basic elements and synergistic elements have significant positive impacts on the supply chain learning capability and trust separately;Trust can positively influence supply chain learning capability and is the premise of this dynamic capability;The supply chain learning capability and trust paly positive role in the enterprise competitive advantage;The supply chain learning capability and trust play intermediary roles in the relationship between supply chain quality management and competitive advantage,but are not the only path.In summary,thesis provides a new perspective for opening the "black box" of the relationship between supply chain quality management and enterprise competitive advantage,which enriches the theoretical research content of supply chain quality management,and also provides some reference for enterprise participating into the supply chain quality management,fostering trust and supply chain learning capability.
