Secondly, an analysis of the internal environment is carried on. The article analyses the basic situation of Ningbo port, including natural conditions and development of iron ore transportation. The article also compare Ningbo port with his competitors-Qingdao Port, Rizhao port from aspects of natural conditions, the soft environment, transit conditions, and other factors.
