The dislocation distribution of coal producing and consuming areas in China leads to the transportation pattern of "West-to-East Coal Transfer" and "North-to-South Coal Transport",in which "Railway-Sea Intermodal Transport" plays an important role in coal transportation from north to south.In recent years,as an important node of "coal transportation from north to south",Tianjin and Hebei Ports have developed rapidly,and will become the largest coal transportation port group in China.But at the same time,it faces many problems such as blind construction.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable railway-sea intermodal transport route scheme for coal in Tianjin and Hebei Ports is of great practical significance for improving the pattern of coal transportation in Tianjin and Hebei Ports.At the time of Qinhuangdao Port's transformation,how to rationally distribute the division of labor and distribution of coal transportation market in Tianjin and Hebei Ports is particularly important.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of this study,and reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on coal transportation and multimodal transport route optimization,and then introduces the content and research methods of this paper.At the same time,the basic theory of coal logistics and multimodal transport is elaborated to provide theoretical support for the follow-up study.Secondly,it analyses the present situation of coal supply and demand and the basic pattern of coal transportation in China;it analyses the present situation of Tianjin and Hebei Ports from the aspects of port location and number of wharfs;it also analyses the situation of coal railway transportation corridor from Shanxi,Shaanxi and Western Inner Mongolia area to Tianjin and Hebei Ports;it also analyses the influencing factors of the route selection of Tianjin-Hebei Coal-Sea-Rail Intermodal Transport,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the model.Finally,the model is constructed and solved.Aiming at minimizing the total cost,a mixed integer programming model for coal transportation route optimization of TianjinHebei sea-rail intermodal transportation is constructed and solved by Lingo software(Branch and Bound Method).In view of the above analysis,this paper puts forward the strategies of coordinated development,information integration and smart port.
