Study On Developing Technology Of Agricultural Mechanization In China

Technology of Agricultural mechanization is the base to achieve agricultural modernization, and it is one of the significant approaches in using agricultural resource rationally. In the new period of instant development for agricultural modernization in China, grasping the tendency of agricultural mechanization technology is very important. This paper shows the status of agricultural mechanization technology and the directions in the future by related methods of technology forecasting.This paper introduces the development of agricultural mechanization in USA, Japan, France and China by historical comparative methods We can summary the general rules after the comparison which are objectivity, sustentation, gradualness, stagement and public-welfare. And the special rules exist in every country.This paper tells the influence on the direction and level of agricultural mechanization technology. There are five factors which are the natural conditions, policy, international environment, research ability, productivity, peasants'education and purchasing power. By using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, this paper supplies that the agricultural mechanization is still in primary stage in China and discusses the demand of improving agricultural mechanization from social lay, cost efficiency and ecological lay.This paper forecasts the key areas and technologies of agricultural mechanization in China in the next five years by Delphi method. By choosing representative technologies of agricultural mechniaztion, the paper uses the compositive forecasting model to demonstrate that the analysis of Delphi method is reliable and puts forward that the technologies of major grain crop, agricultural resources sustainable utilization and crop quality are the most important areas in agriculture of China in the future.In the end, the paper gives the approaches of developing agricultural mechniaztion technologies from the construction of environment and ability which are the policy, capital fund, construction of system, cultivating talent, technical innovation and so on. And it also emphasizes that developing agricultural mechniaztion with Chinese feature is very important.
