The Study Of Development Strategy For JC TRANS LOGISTICS

According to the practical situation of JC TRANS, this thesis does systematic research on the company's strategies in management and development. The thesis, considering the market economy as the background, analyzes the internal and the external environment faced by JC TRANS thoroughly, identifies the development opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses, using the enterprise strategic management and technology, so that it contributes to the selection of development strategies.The thesis analyzes quantitatively the opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of JC TRANS using EFE and IFE matrix, and put forwards some development strategies of JC TRANS for selection using SWOT matrix.This thesis concludes that the key of strategy is to integrate the resources of the business enterprise availably, remove the resources that do not match the strategy, promote the management efficiency, increase the core competition ability of the business enterprise, lay the foundation for the company's steady and quick development and for winning the long-term competitive advantage. According to the type of strategy to develop that adopted by the company, JC TRANS should insist to adopt the growth strategy on the basis of taking advantage of internal and external resources. JC TRANS should actively change the operation model, increase the other services of logistics, and develop itself into international logistics industry to expand its market share for getting more profits, balancing every kind of relationship of related benefits. And JC TRANS should continuously enhance well-known and beauty degree, thus we can grow long-term development of the company.In this thesis, we draw up development strategic target and the measure of implements guarantees for the company. By constructing the corporate culture, establishing study type organization, perfecting enterprise internal system etc, we perform the above strategy to make JC TRANS in the leading position of logistics field.In this thesis, we adopt some strategic ways and means such as macroscopical environment analysis, industry analysis, and value chain analysis, mission programming, strategy choice etc. These means and the conclusion of this thesis perhaps is also worth for other forwarding agency companies to make strategic decision.
