As the important measure distributing the social resource and social welfare, the pricing is one of the core theatrical problems in the economic field. On the other hand, the pricing is one part of the management strategy of enterprise. Sale promotion pricing is one of the cried out for settling in the pricing problem. The market competitions are the quality competition and the price competition, but the sales promotion competition. Many kinds of sale promotion activity have taken shape in the present relative perfect market economy;however, corresponding pricing theory is far less than practice. Three promotion methods (coupon sale promotion, discount sale promotion and anti-season sale promotion) in the market were analyzed, and the corresponding pricing models were established according to the different characteristic of sale promotion method.Firstly, customers were classified as two kinds of type, according to the characteristic of the coupon sale. After the commodity sales volume model established in term of the type of customers, the mathematical programming model, which the merchant's maximum profit was chosen as the objective function, was established. Adopting genetic algorithms to optimize the pricing model, simulation result showed that the model was valuable to the merchant establishing the coupon strategy.Secondly, the characteristic of the seasonal commodities was analyzed and the relationship expression between the sales volume and the time was presented. Later, the method of ascertaining the lifecycle of the seasonal commodities was discussed. The possibility of increasing the profit under the discount sale was analyzed. During the declining period of the seasonal commodities lifecycle, and the relationship between discount ratio and time was considered, the dynamic pricing model was set up based on the minimum loss. Finally, simulation result adopting the genetic algorithm and the particle swarm optimization algorithm verified the feasible of this model, which is of value for establishing discount-pricing strategy.Finally, Based on the factors influencing clothing price, which the factor affecting the clothing anti-season selling price is uncertain, the fuzzy pricing model was established. The fuzzy model made the clothing anti-season selling price more reasonable. Simulation result verified the feasible of this model, which was valuable to the merchant establishing the anti-season sale strategy.
