With the development of our country's information technology, many manufacturing enterprises have joined the implementation processes of enterprise information management, and advanced management ideas and processes were introduced to transform traditional management model. In light of their own characteristics enterprises absorbed advanced ideas and applied MRP/MRPII/ERP on production management, achieving some positive results, but they focus on production planning and lack competence of process control .They need combining with a means of process control to exert their respective advantages. JIT experts in the production process control. The primary means of JIT is KanBan.The paper derives from an actual project in Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd, aiming at tracking the progress of virtual orders to implement the plan made by enterprise's production management system efficiently. The KanBan system is a DSS in macroscopic view and used to direct production operation in microscopic view. First, the paper analyzes the internal relations between MRPII and JIT integration, considering its actual operating characteristics, establishes a model of pushing mode of production as the main body and pushing mode of production as assistance in key operation. The process in MRP II and the logic of its database are analyzed , which is a preparation for extracting data in KanBan system. In view of the continuity of production, production orders allocation is analyzed and a production order used in pushing mode is taken for a particular KanBan order in KanBan system with specific objectives, which enriches the contents of KanBan management. Third, according to its own feature the whole architecture of the KanBan system is made out, taking DotNetNuke for a development template, the main design thinking is analyzed deeply and the technology implementation of the system is elaborated by means of giving an example, progress tracking of production. At last, the paper gives several examples of the production control in the enterprise, representing the effect of KanBan management.The paper analyzes and integrates the MRP II used in the enterprise with JIT, and develops a KanBan management system based on web ,which is an effective platform sharing data in order to connect departments for getting information. By tracing progress status of virtual orders and Jobs status in a workshop in time, the system reaches the goal of controlling and managing production operation efficiently.
