Study On Sai ShiTang Copper Mine Present Security Situation Compositive Assessment And Countermeasure

"Safety first, precaution important"is the basic principle of production's safety in our country. Precaution and forecasting is the necessary measures to realize safety in production and management. This paper takes the present security situation and exiting main security problems as study objects. Establishes the comprehensive safety assessment system matching the actual circumstance of non-coal underground mine, completes the comprehensive assessment of Sai Shi-Tang Copper mine present security situation.Sai Shi-Tang Copper mine is a big but complicated system, taking the comprehensive assessment , firstly it must recognize the existent major dangerous,harmful factor in system one by one. On the foundation of the recognize and analysis hazard sources,harmful factor, according to the present production situation of Sai Shi-Tang Copper mine, this paper divides the assessment system into six evaluation units.Using SCL,PHA and the spot safety evaluation method ,This paper makes a complete assessment of Sai Shi-Tang Copper mine present security situation, establishes the Safety Check List, Preliminary Hazard Analysis list and the spot safety evaluation list of associated evaluation units, finds the existent security problems and propounds the concrete solutions, it provides basis for security management and production decision of Sai Shi-Tang Copper mine, so as to improve safety in production environment of mine.
