The open pit is a complex production system that involves a variety of influencing factors, it's safety has to do with economic efficiency of enterprises and personal safety of workers. At present, various mining enterprises have a safety assessment one after another before safety incidents occur.But now safety assessment methods that are applied in enterprises are too single, the enterprises rarely use a combination of qualitative and quantitative comprehensive safety assessment methods. In addition, the assessment is also in the artificial stage, the whole process is time-consuming, labor-intensive and update-delay. Safety management system on basis of database technology is only applied in large-scale mine and has only a simple safety assessment. These are difficult to meet the needs of safety assessment of the open pit and raise the level of safety management. For the lack of safety assessment in the open pit, taking a open pit copper mine as the research object, this thesis will study a comprehensive safety assessment system to meet it's safety assessment.After fully understanding the development and research status of safety assessment at home and abroad, laws and regulations what assessment is based on, theories about safety assessment, for production characteristics and safety management practice of the open pit copper mine, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward in this article. According to this method, first of all, present situation of production and safety management are analyzed and dangerous and harmful factors are find out in this open pit copper mine. According to principles established by comprehensive evaluation index system and methods to divide evaluation units, this thesis has established the comprehensive safety assessment index system of the open pit copper mine. Followed by the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model:this article takes advantage of Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the level of the weight of each index; Using the method of combination of Safety Checklist, Delphi method and Fuzzy statistical technique to calculate membership vector of the level of each index, and then the membership matrix of evaluation unit is constituted; This thesis has primary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for each evaluation unit with fuzzy mathematics; On the basis of the results above-calculatied, secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is had for this open pit copper mine. After completion of all of the above, safety score and safety level of each evaluation unit are determined. In the light of the design principles and steps of management information system, requirements analysis, overall design, functional modular design, use-case model design, database design are carried through in turn. The safety assessment system in this thesis makes a choice ASP.NET as operation platform and SQL Server2005as backstage database. Weighing the pros and cons, B/S architecture is adopted. C#is used to write foreground application program. This comprehensive safety evaluation system mainly can implement fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At the same time, system management and auxiliary modules are developed in this system.Let comprehensive safety evaluation system employ in safety assessment of that open pit copper mine, assessment results of each safety evaluation unit and the overall safety assessment results of this open pit copper mine are able to be drawn. This result is in line with the reality of safety production, indicates that the system is operable and has practical value.The comprehensive safety evaluation system that is researched in this thesis has some guiding significance for safety management of open pit enterprises. Assessment results and proposed measures can be provided to business managers by means of it. As a reference for decision making, they have improved the level of enterprise safety management in a certain extent.
