Study On The Optimization Of The Dual Prevention System Of Safety Production In ZW Enterprise

Safe production is as important as Mount Taishan.Based on the frequent occurrence of major accidents,China has proposed the concept of "dual prevention".The dual prevention system for safety production,consisting of hierarchical control of safety risks and investigation and governance of hidden dangers,set up double "firewalls" to prevent and resolve the occurrence of major accidents.By controlling risks and eliminating hidden dangers,the safety management will be moved forward to achieve the goal of safety development.Based on the analysis of the research background and significance of the dual prevention system,as well as the review of domestic and foreign research results related to safety management such as risk control and hidden danger investigation,this paper takes the ZW enterprise as the research object,defines the core concepts of the study and clarifies the theoretical basis.Then,this paper introduces the organizational leadership,education and training,and system development of the dual prevention system of ZW enterprise in detail,and summarizes the operational status of the dual prevention in ZW enterprise.After that,through a questionnaire to further learn about the actual operation of the dual prevention system in ZW enterprises.It was found that there are still problems in the dual prevention system in ZW enterprises,such as insufficient participation of all staff,imperfect system,and inadequate implementation of procedures.The main reasons are inadequate recognition,insufficient knowledge and ability,and unreasonable assessment settings.Based on the PDCA theory and accident cause theory,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper proposes optimization methods for the dual prevention system of ZW enterprise,mainly focusing on strengthening the training and assessment,establishing establishing the continuous improvement work system of double prevention and the work system for safety production,improving the workflow for the dual prevention system and realizing the integration.At the same time,we will focus on the informational construction,build a digital system of the dual prevention system for ZW enterprise,create an intelligent safety risk management platform.In addition,corresponding safeguard measures have been formulated in terms of talent cultivation,safety culture,and capital investment,so as to fully ensure the effectiveness of the optimized measures of the double prevention system.This paper takes large machinery manufacturing enterprises as the research object.Based on investigation and research,it scientifically analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the dual prevention system,proposes a series of optimization methods,improves the operational effectiveness of the dual prevention system of ZW Enterprise,resolutely prevents and curbs major accidents,and realizes the long-term development of the enterprise.At the same time,it also provides a reference for machinery manufacturing enterprises to build the dual prevention system,strengthen enterprise safety in production,and promote high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
