This paper take the Shenzhen Z company as the research object, conduct the research about the B2C e-commerce strategy according to proposed the question, analyze the question and solve the question mentality.This dissertation consists of five parts. The first part elaborated the research background, and proposed the question must be solved. The second part has carried on the synthesis induction to the related e-commerce theory and the analysis tool. The third part unifies the reality of Z Corporation, used the corresponding theory tool to carry on the analysis and research. And first in the analysis foundation, proposed the B2C e-commerce strategy goal and the plan which make a target market of campus. Then described the campus e-commerce pattern chooses by Z Corporation. The fourth part is the strategy implementation, mainly solved the several essential question about logistics, payment, and the website design in the Z Corporation B2C e-commerce pattern. The last part has drawn the conclusion based on the summary of whole paper, at the same time this conclusion also is a suggestion aims at the similar small business to develop the electronic commerce, the conclusion content is: (1)Be clear about the goal, Rationality enters.(2)Earnestly analyzes the market, correct choice cuts into the spot.(3)Dares to innovate, chooses the suitable e-commerce pattern.(4)Unifies the enterprise reality, adapts measures according to time.(5)Understand the profession development present situation, in reasonable use inside and exterior resources.This paper mainly used the synthesis induction, apply theory to reality and the system analysis method, begins from the e-commerce application research of Shenzhen Z Company, based on analysis and solves the question, attention findings feasibility, not only the studies result may provide the practical value reference for the same type small business, moreover the solves question method itself also to be possible to provide one kind of valuable model for the similar small and medium-sized enterprise.
