Production schedule is an overall plan which determines when to produce, where to produce and how to produce in order to meet the demand market or customers needs. The overall enterprise production and scheduling are determined by it. How to manage the production schedule affects the product delivery and corporate income directly. Therefore, the study of how to design, implement and control the production schedules is a theoretical and practical significance for achieving effective customer response and increasing the profits of enterprises.Production schedule has been a hot issue in the research area of production management. The traditional theory of production scheduling management, theory of MRP, JIT and supply chain management explain the problem of production schedule management from different angles. These theories have a good guidance on the implementation of the production schedule and promote the development of production schedule management. But these theories and methods used alone still have certain problems. In view of this, a set of scientific and rational integration model for production schedule management and control promoting have a great significance for advancing enterprise actual production and operation.This dissertation takes Xu Tong Sci&Tech LTD. as a research background and production schedule management as a research object. After summarizing the theory of production schedule management, the characteristic of production schedule management in circuitry manufacturing enterprise and research actuality of manufacturing enterprise production schedule management were analyzed. The actuality of production schedule and management in Xu Tong Sci&Tech LTD., the success experience, problems, management weakness reason and solutions of production schedule management were pointed out. Under this premise, method of enacting production schedule in Xu Tong Sci&Tech LTD. was put forward, namely innovating the enacting the master Production Schedule scientifically and rationally based on sales forecasting and order number. Later integration model of production schedule management and control in Xu Tong Sci&Tech LTD. was put forward. A new production management method namely MTJ was proposed through combination of MRP Ⅱ, TOC and JIT.
