Baishan Municipal Wanlong Animal Husbandry Co. Ltd. is located at Da-Jing-Gou Township, Ba-Dao-Jiang District, Baishan City where is called"Mineral Water City"and it has the floor area of 150 mu. A lot of waste is discharged by Wanlong Pig-breeding Plant each year, which has caused serious pollution and resource-wasting. Resource conservation and environmental protection is the long-term basic national policies which China must adhere to. As the main contents of economic and social development, greatly developing the recycling economy and building socialist new countryside were put forth at the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China. Centering on the large- and medium-scale methane projects, the Project produces the main economic benefits by generation, heating production and energy supply and brings along production of the organic fertilizer, forage crop and non-polluted, green and organic food of the surrounding regions with produced biogas residue and biogas slurry. It can reclaim the energy and nutrient contents of livestock and poultry feces to the greatest extent, bring the comprehensive benefits of livestock and poultry feeding industry into play and prevent environmental pollution from the livestock and poultry feeding waste.According to the requirements from the Environmental Protection Department, Wanlong Company will invest 1.2 million Yuan in management of the environmental protection at later stage of construction in order to further lay a favorable foundation for comprehensive management. Its technology relies on Fermentation and Gas Storage Device– the patent technology of Jilin Provincial Energy Research Institute, which can ensure that large- and medium-scale methane projects processing the livestock and poultry feces and waste in cold areas can realize middling temperature...
