In recent years, with the consumption of global fossil energy and the outbreak of the global environmental problems, all countries are seize the priority of renewable energy market, also in China, the development of renewable energy is at a high speed process to deal with the arrival of the world’s energy crisis. However, as the raise of renewable energy technologies and the construction of large-scale renewable energy projects, the ratio of renewable energy in energy structure is still not obvious, grid-connected become a common problem of renewable energy development, Resulting in national and regional energy structure is still in a state of imbalance, exacerbated the contradiction between energy supply and demand, also caused a serious threat to regional energy security and environmental pollution, so under the new development environment, renewable energy grid structure study has very important significance. In this paper, taking Beijing area as an example, Base on the status quo of renewable energy development in the Beijing area, research on renewable energy power grid structure in Beijing area. Through comparison of renewable energy development policies at home and abroad, it is concluded that China’s renewable energy management policy is still has a larger development space, which in the presence of the status quo, "attaches great importance to the result, the quality of contempt, attaches great importance to the target, the lack of management " on the guiding policy. In the mandatory policy, it is absence of systematic construction of renewable energy systems, and the lack of specific and targeted on incentive policies, it is result a difficult situation to solve the problem of renewable energy in power generation and network. Then, the article introduced the Danish energy planning model EnergyPLAN model, based on the complete modeling of 2014 energy systems in Beijing, the optimal access amount of renewable energy in the Beijing area are simulated, it is concluded that in 2014, the optimal amount of renewable energy access of Beijing region is 21%, wind power access to 16%, solar access to 5%. This provides reference data for the future development of renewable energy resources in Beijing region. After combining with the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region development background, the article analyzed the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban development orientation of industrial and energy under scenario analysis. Results in optimization of industrial structure, while Beijing region’s energy consumption fell 3.94%, carbon dioxide emissions decreased by 4.4%, the total annual cost decreased 49.21%, electricity demand dropped by 2.32%. In the Beijing area industrial structure optimization, while serious energy shortage and environmental pollution problems in Beijing have eased. It is brought new opportunities for energy structure optimization in the Beijing area; it also creates the conditions for the further construction of the core functions of the capital and regional sustainable development. Finally, the research put forward the development direction and policy of renewable energy in Beijing power grid proposal, at the same time to improve the relevant policies of the development and integration correspondence to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration development. Positioning combined with urban and industrial development, realize the coordinated development of energy structure, promote renewable energy in electricity proportion of urban structure, and gradually develop power grid integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, realize the goal of integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region coordinated development.
