Research On Renewable Energy Development And Using In Dongying

Under the present condition that energy resource is more and more severe in the world, all countries take measures one after another in order to guarantee the sustainable development of energy and economy. Taps new resources and reduces expenses are two ways to solve the problem. Renewable energy is clean energy, it can reduce the more and more heavy pressure to environment, and the more important is that it can replace part of mineral energy. Dongying, where Shengli Oilfield located, is rich in mineral energy, the economy is pushed by Shengli Oilfield, but the mineral energy will be exhausted one day, so the government should enlarge the renewable energy development, thus will solve both the energy problem and promote economy growth. According to the located statistical data, carry on the Analytic Hierarchy Process to rank the renewable energy as solar energy, wind could, geothermal energy, biological energy, and determined where the fund goes. Then take the main factor analysis and a grey forecasting model of GM(1,1) to forecast the energy requirement. The analysis will give a support to dongying government, and give some suggestions in order to promote this enterprise.
