A Study On Housing System Reform And Housing Finance In China

Housing system is basic policy and method of the government to solve housing problem of urban residents in China, which has close relationship to the life of urban residents. The housing system reform setting out in China beginning in the last of 70s and at the beginning of 80s of 20th century, Deng Xiaoping's speech as a symbol is gradually developing to the direction of commercialization and monetization. Although the government have solved the housing problem of urban residents at a certain extent through about twenty years housing system reform, and following with the development of the housing system reform and the open of housing market, more and more urban residents have the desire to owning, however many of them are involved in the problem of housing difficulty the origin of which is the deficiency in housing fund, and the increasing housing price during the process of monetization of housing allocation is adding difficulty to solving the housing problem. At mean time, because of incomplete allocation of monetization reform, sales in housing market, especially, in commodity housing market is small, and vacant housing is increasing year by year, these factors directly affect the enthusiasm of developer's investment in housing construction, and also serious affect the further promotion of speed and scale of housing conditions of urban residents.
