If you want to work in peace, you should live in peace first. Indemnificatory housing is veryimportant for people who is poor to achieve this target. To solve the problem of the majority oflow-income people, Gujiao government has build low-rent housing,affordable housing, publicrental housing and rebuild shanty areas, and has made the indemnificatory hosing first thing in thefive security system. In recent years, Gujiao Municipal Committee and Government pay closeattention to building the low-rent housing and the affordable housing. And it has made greatprogress, especially in the aspect of low-rent housing building. Though it starts late, it is bound tobecome a major element to promote the social construction in Gujiao.In this article, I compare and study many materials through a considerable number of researchactivities aiming to analyze the present situation of Gujiao indemnificatory housing. To be morespecific, nowadays Gujiao plans to solve the housing problem of urban low-income groups bybuilding low-rent housing, affordable housing, public rental housing and shantytowns. Low-renthousing is convoyed by the subsidy-oriented housing security system that is supplemented by rentalhousing facilities, and now great achievements have been made in its construction as well as in thedistribution process. However, Gujiao is still in the primary stage of development when it comes tohow to establish the housing security system of affordable housing, public rental housing andshantytowns. The current situation can be challenging——lack of relative laws and regulations,out-dated management system and limited financing channels. In order to improve the housingsecurity system for urban low-income groups in Gujiao, this article respectively providescorresponding resolutions and suggestions.
